About Bethsy: 

Bethsy Harrigan is an Administrative Fellow in the Central Region at Hartford HealthCare. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Medicine, Health & Society from Vanderbilt University, followed by a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she concentrated in Maternal and Child Health Policy and Leadership.

Bethsy’s academic and professional experiences reflect a strong commitment to advancing health equity, data-driven decision-making, and community-centered care. During her graduate studies, she interned with the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Pediatric Trauma Injury Prevention Program, where she conducted data analysis and developed tailored communication materials to support injury prevention initiatives across diverse populations. She also contributed to national public health capacity-building efforts through her work with Safe States Alliance, supporting ECHO training initiatives and program evaluation.

Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, Bethsy served at the Tennessee Department of Health in the Division of Health Disparities Elimination. In this role, she led the development and coordination of a statewide immigrant and refugee health alliance, fostering cross-sector partnerships and advancing strategies to improve access, engagement, and outcomes for underserved communities.

Bethsy is passionate about leveraging data and strategies to drive impactful changes within healthcare systems. About Alysha: Alysha (she/her/hers) earned her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy from Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health and her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology & Anthropology with a Minor in Bioethics from Fordham University.

Prior to graduate school, Alysha served as the Chapter Program Assistant at the GlamourGals Foundation, equipping teens in high school and college with the tools and resources to foster social connectivity among older adults living in care.

Passionate about cultivating a healthier world for everyone, she is actively involved in Changemakers in Aging, an initiative led by young professionals that inspires interdisciplinary solutions to the shift in aging demographics occurring locally and globally.

In addition to fostering a community that strives to transform the aging space, Alysha seeks to understand health disparities by researching how geographical differences influence melanoma patient outcomes. Her interests include health equity, human experience, and healthcare operations.

Roshad Campbell

About Roshad: Roshad Campbell was born and raised in the Greater Hartford area and currently resides in Hartford, Connecticut. Growing up near the Bloomfield and Hartford border helped shape his connection to the community and his interest in contributing to the healthcare system that serves it.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and earned a Micro-Credential in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Goodwin University.

Prior to beginning his Administrative Fellowship, Roshad worked as an Administrative Associate at the Institute of Living/Behavioral Health Network, where he provided operational and administrative support to senior leadership teams. In this role, he gained experience in scheduling, timekeeping, budget review, event planning, and daily operations across multiple departments.

He also completed certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Question, Persuade, Refer. Roshad has a strong interest in continuing care retirement communities and hospice operations.

He views his fellowship in Clinical Affairs and Quality Management as an opportunity to build the clinical, regulatory, operational, and leadership foundation needed to lead across the full continuum of care.

About Zoë: 

Zoë Gentles earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry, with a Minor in Data Science, from Andrews University and a Master’s of Science in Epidemiology from the University at Albany. She is currently an Administrative Fellow in Digital Transformation Services at Hartford HealthCare. Having called Connecticut home for more than 15 years, Zoë is passionate about healthcare operations, population health, and improving outcomes through data-driven decision-making for the communities she serves.

Prior to joining the fellowship, Zoë worked as a Population Health Analyst at Carelon Behavioral Health. Her previous experiences include internships with the Connecticut Department of Public Health, the New York State Department of Health, and Hartford HealthCare. About Hunter: 

Hunter Huber earned a dual Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Prior to graduate school, he worked as a certified nursing assistant, where he gained firsthand experience caring for patients and developed an appreciation for the critical role frontline caregivers play in delivering high-quality healthcare.

During his graduate studies, Hunter completed an operations internship with Intermountain Health's cardiology team, where he led operational improvement initiatives focused on expanding patient access, improving clinic efficiency, optimizing provider scheduling, supporting strategic workforce planning, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.

He is currently completing his Administrative Fellowship at the Cancer Institute. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ishan is guided by a strong commitment to justice, equity, compassion, and a deep respect for healthcare professionals and the patients they serve. His experiences span healthcare operations, academic medicine, and financial services, providing him with a unique interdisciplinary perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare today.

Amie Ndiaye

About Amie: 

Amie Ndiaye earned her Master’s of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, with Minors in Sociology and Women’s & Gender Studies, from Transylvania University. As a first-generation graduate student, she intentionally pursued diverse experiences across the healthcare continuum to build a broad operational foundation and deepen her understanding of how healthcare systems can improve the lives of patients and communities.

Throughout graduate school, Amie gained experience spanning hospital operations, ambulatory care, behavioral health, human resources, academic medicine, population health, quality improvement, patient experience, and operational strategy. Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, she completed internships with UK HealthCare, Minnesota Mental Health Clinics, and CHI Saint Joseph Health, where she contributed to strategic initiatives focused on healthcare operations, operational excellence, workforce strategy, performance improvement, executive reporting, and process optimization.

Earlier in her career at Norton Healthcare, Amie served in several frontline roles-including EHR Technician, Telecommunications Operator, Patient Care Associate, Unit Secretary, and Cardiac Monitor Technician-which provided her with firsthand insight into the complexity of healthcare delivery and the importance of supporting both patients and care teams. Those experiences continue to shape her leadership philosophy and reinforce her belief that the most meaningful operational improvements begin by understanding the people closest to the work.

About Devon: 

Devon earned her Master’s of Public Health in Health Policy & Management, with a focus in Applied Biostatistics and Public Health Data Science, from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, and her Bachelor’s of Arts in Chemistry, also from Columbia.

She is completing her Administrative Fellowship with Hartford HealthCare's Innovation and Informatics team, building on a prior internship with HHC's Information Technology Services division. Devon's interests include health systems design, data-driven decision-making, and health economics, with a particular focus on innovation, namely, how technological advancements can improve access, affordability, health equity, and quality and safety in healthcare.

Originally from Walpole, Massachusetts, she is passionate about building health systems that make excellent care possible for every patient.

Alec Ballard

Prior to his fellowship, Alec completed an Administrative Internship with University of Iowa, working with Perioperative Services, streamlining process for their new off-site central sterilization center. Prior to his Fellowship, Chris interned at Children’s National Hospital within the Information Resources department.

Caleb Green

About you: Caleb is an Administrative Fellow in System Strategy and Transformation. He obtained his Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Claflin University. During the summer of 2021, Caleb interned at Hartford HealthCare in the Revenue Cycle where he was able to work on some unique projects, one of them being Neighborhood Health - an effort to provide better access to care for those in the community. His interests in health care are primarily in operations, strategy, marketing, and equity. In his free time, he enjoys creating content for Major League Baseball, attending sporting events, playing video games on occasion, and visiting new states/areas. Caleb is from Metter, Georgia.

As a Fellow, now I’m able to receive this experience on a larger, more in-depth scale.
