On my last visit I was seen by Monica for a post-surgical issue. It was clear to me from the minute she walked in that both of us were bummed this issue had come up. She examined me while explaining that she wanted me to have a separate procedure to make me more comfortable and what we would do as a precaution to avoid infection. I voiced some fears and she was quick to assure me and let me know what would come next.
