Dr. Brian Allen and his assistant, Kaitlyn, have provided me with exceptional care throughout my entire journey. They are compassionate, professional, and always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. I have always felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. Their kindness, support, and dedication have made a difficult experience so much easier. I highly recommend Dr. Allen and Kaitlyn to anyone looking for outstanding medical care. Thank you both for everything you’ve done and still are doing.

My nipple died and fell off after my breast reduction with Brian Allen. I have huge scars that go through my underarms and toward my back. I never heard from him again after the surgery even though I tried to follow up with him about my complications. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him.

Not sure where to even start. But after 9 consults w different surgeon and a deposit in on one of them already with a set date to go for hernia repair, major muscle moving back into place and THEN typical mom cosmetic stuff - Kaitlin dr Allen’s PA saw in my chart what i was going for and suggested one last consult- with dr Allen. I had it- and knew it was the best fit. Rearranged it all. And went w dr Allen. As a woman. And single mom. And all of that - spending money on yourself is hard to do. But finding time outside of work and with kids etc. is near impossible. So you pray it’s for the best. And the outcome is amazing. And it’s all worth it. I’m not going to say there weren’t hiccups along the way. (My body is extremely thin and a lot of muscle) but the way this team (dr Allen and Kaitlin) handled all of it will forever be engraved in my brain and heart. They didn’t just do this for the money. You can tell. Their first goal was to make me feel good about myself. Multiple procedures were needed. An investment in time for sure. But they were in this with me. Never once made me feel “crazy” or that it was in my head. Or gave impression they were “done”. Nope. I entered the waiting room so many times- and every single time greeted by the office staff and nurses with a smile and some laughs. Every single time i was in the medical room waiting for the dr and kailtin nervous they were going to be annoyed. Nope. Entered the room with a smile ready to go. Every time in the OR. (3 very small and quick procedures) greeted by the warmest smile and utmost confidence. i saw dr Allen today. As we come close to ending this journey together. And have nothing but gratitude and praise. I’m in my late 40’s and my body looks naturally in late 20’s thanks to him and Kaitlin. So. It was my first ever investment in me. I didn’t realize realistically to nail results at one stab wasn’t happening. But nailing it at all - probably is low on the odds too. Not with this team. I look and feel awesome. And will now use them for any future needs - but also use them as the bar. It’s so so high. They are the best. In every which way. Truly. So don’t go with the surgeon who’s worked on easy cases and handled them ok. Go with the best who’s worked on complex ones and handled them amazingly with incredible results.

Very positive experience. He spent considerable time explaining the procedure, and continued to tweak my face/neck during the weeks of recovery, insuring I was totally satisfied.

Dr. Brian Allen performed my surgery with results that were significantly different from what was discussed beforehand, including unexpected scarring. When I raised concerns and requested a refund, I was discharged from the practice entirely.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results from my upper blepharoplasty. From my very first consultation, Dr. Allen made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely confident in the process. He took the time to explain everything in detail and set realistic expectations. The results are absolutely beautiful, natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m beyond grateful for his skill and attention to detail. If you’re considering eyelid surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Allen enough!

Dr. Allen and Assistant Kaitlin, Thank you so much for the incredible work you did on my procedures. I am beyond happy with my breast augmentation—the size is absolutely perfect, and they look beautiful. You also did an amazing job with my abdominoplasty, including the muscle repair and removal of excess skin. The results have truly been life-changing. My recovery has been incredibly smooth. I experienced very little pain during the first three days, and the healing process has gone wonderfully. While my scars are still healing, I’ve had minimal discomfort and continue to feel better every day. Dr. Allen is truly an exceptional surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients, listens carefully to your goals, and works with you to achieve results that make you feel confident and beautiful in your body. Dr. Allen and his entire team were professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. I am so grateful for the care I received and for the confidence I’ve regained. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen to any woman looking for an outstanding surgeon. If I could, I would give him 100 stars……+ Thank you again for everything. 🥰

I felt comfortable. This second I walked in the office. The staff is attentive and considerate Dr. Allen and Kaitlyn are professional answered every question and believe me I had a lot I had breast implants removed, replaced and a lift. After healing after healing, I decided that the breast should be a little bit higher for my liking. It was no problem. They rescheduled me for a revision, which I just had along with my arm surgery. I look like an entire new person. My arms are amazing. It’s been almost 3 weeks. No complications. I also had a C-section vertical scar revision and you could bounce a quarter of my stomach and my new belly button is so cute wonderful bedside manner and as I said takes this time and I ask a lot of questions especially being a nurse I want to know everything and after the surgery, the nurse Annette is wonderful. You can call her at any time with any questions, so glad I picked this office.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Allen. I suffered a very unusual infection in my lip that caused inflammation in my face and lip. After 2 visits to the ER - was told I had a dental infection. Had appointment with my dentist who confirmed it was not a dental issue. Next had appointment with a dermatologist that was not clear what was happening. Next met with my primary care that indicated it was an unexplained infection. After two rounds of IV antibiotics and 3 different oral antibiotics, my PCP suggested I see Dr Allen. While he said there was no real way to say what caused the infection, he clearly explained what was happening in my lip and face. He was clear and very informative - told me exactly what he was going to do. Explained the minimal recovery involved. He did the lip surgery and I could feel the relief before I left the office. As he stated, he removed whatever was in the lip and cleaned out the infection. As indicated, the incision bled fairly severely due to taking blood thinners - but subsided after 24 hours. Also as indicated, the incision healed like any other typical cut - without any scarring. Within 3 weeks, there was no evidence of the ongoing issue. Met with my dentist 3 weeks after surgery and she was thrilled with the outcome - saying my lip was a train wreck only 3 weeks ago. I would have no reservations seeing Dr Allen again. I thank him very much after an ongoing issue that several professionals were unable to diagnose. Thank you Dr Allen.

If I could give negative stars I would. This man ruined my life. Two botched surgeries that I was told both times we got it all and that simply wasn't the case. After both surgeries (second surgery was because the first one went poorly) I saw this doctor for a total of maybe two minutes. After this he kicked the can down the road and said sorry nothing more I can do. Not sure why he has so many good reviews. My experience was awful and life changing. It semms when he does a surgery well it goes well, but any issues he doesn't care about and would rather just pass the burden onto a different doctor.

I recently underwent breast reconstruction surgery following breast cancer treatment, and I want to share my experience with Dr. Allen. I'll admit, I was initially apprehensive after reading some mixed reviews online. He was kind, patient, and incredibly informative during our consultation. He took the time to answer every question we had, no matter how big or small, and made sure I felt heard and understood. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Allen and his team were professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for the care I received and the confidence I’ve regained. If you're considering breast reconstruction and feeling unsure, I encourage you to meet with Dr. Allen. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I’m truly thankful for the outcome.

I don't give him 5 stars I give him 20.My experience with him was good but now after surgery is great. Now I understand why he didn't want to do the surgery that I wanted, because he cares about patients health, not the money. Now finally I have my surgery done, I'm in a lot of pain but I don't regret choosing him. Thank you Dr Allen, you're the best 👌
