Dr. Dorfman is excellent, will spend a good amount of time with you answering all questions and even going further to inform you of all meds that may help. We were able to discuss the cost of different meds. Would highly recommend.

I came away relieved, grateful, and far more informed. Dr. Dorfman listened and answered all my questions-questions that might have seemed small and not worth exploring in detail. He wasn't rushed. He saw me as a person. He listened actively to understand me, not to fit me into his construct of advice. I trust him implicitly if there is anything I need in the future. Healing is one part expertise and one part building a relationship with the expertise. He provides both!

The Neurologist gave an extremely complete exam of my Neuro status, my writing, my memory, walking and was very encouraging. He ordered further tests to determine if I had early Parkinson's disease. My wife and I were very impressed with how complete he was, as well as how encouraging he was.

The front desk staff was very professional & welcoming. However, the doctor Benjamin Dorfman, is very rude and unprofessional. He came into the room, did not introduce himself. He was not making eye contact with either the patient or with the family. He was too busy typing notes as he was talking to us. He was not connecting with either the patient or the family. It is very difficult time for the patient & family to be experiencing and taking care of a patient with parkinsonism. It took us 6 months to get an appointment with him & it's disappointing that he did not have any suggestions & treatment plan for the patient. He seems to be knowledgeable but does not know how to convey to either the patient or the family.
