I absolutely adore Dr Klats .. She is a great doctor that understands her patients My visit was cut short bc my car service arrived in the middle of my doctor visit .. I felt rush in the middle to stay ot leave bc I did not want to get stuck on westport .. I am very new to the transportation through my insurance.. I hope the next visit with transportation service would be better .

Dr Klat has been my neurologist for over 2 years now.. She kind, trustworthy,understands her patients with what going on in there lives.She was a bit surprised about my mom passing as she last she saw her a year ago at my office visit appointment. .I been dealing with a lot of stress dealing with my moms passing,living situation and scraping up money to pay bills.

Bio

Dr. Klats will start seeing patients at the Westport location beginning in June.

Dr. Klats is a neurologist who specializes in the diagnosis and management of headache and facial pain disorders. Dr. Klats was born in Latvia and immigrated to America, where she grew up in New York City and had an early interest in pursuing medicine and patient care. She studied at the Macaulay Honors College at CUNY, and then at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Dr. Klats then returned to New York for residency. She completed her internship at Westchester Medical Center, and neurology residency training at Montefiore Center, where she was also the administrative chief resident for her class. She went on to complete her Headache and Facial Pain fellowship also at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Klats and her family have now moved to Connecticut where she will be practicing at Hartford HealthCare in Stamford.
