Nervous demeanor, appears to have low self-esteem, not knowledgeable in orphan or rare diseases even when test all point to what the problem is. I would not consider her to be a good communicator. I would not consider her to be a poor medical provider, neither a good one. This PA out of frustration, will go as far as to repeatedly insinuate that your problem is anxiety or a mental disorder. This is called medical gaslighting. Perhaps, sufficient for things like a common cold, slivers and bladder infections. Other than that seek help outside of Hartford Healthcare with a physician. She is the classic definition of “medical gaslighting”.
