She reinforced my Primary directives to walk more and not sit all the time. 15 minutes a day even if I split it up into 3 sessions. She was very sympathetic to all I was going to and asked if I need help and explained how HHC had many options available. She or my Primary could start for me. I thanked her but It's not necessary yet.
