I wish Crista was my PCP. The level of care and attention outstanding! When I tell you she knows more about me than I do it is no exaggeration. I can trust 100% that she is treating me as a whole person and making the ABSOLUTE best decisions for my care. Crista goes above and beyond and I consider myself beyond blessed with her as my caregiver so much so when my son needed a neurologist I had the referral sent to her.

It took a while for the referral / approval for me to get in, via my PC, but I am so grateful that my insurance covered my very thorough and informative visit with Crista Prates, and her followup referrals. She’s wonderful: attentive, communicative, absolutely thorough. And the building / facility itself is as welcoming, and airy, and the type of place all professional-medical spaces should emulate. My PT (which she lined up) will also be in this building, and I can’t give Crista and everyone else any higher rater. 5+ Stars! Excellent APRN.

Absolute Best care, I have a lot going on and it has been a rough road trying to sort it out. The time, patience, care and diligence finding out what is going on has been absolutely next level. Practical treatments and plans have been put in place instead of just bandaided with medication, the communication is something that I do not have with ANY of my providers. I feel safe and extremely well taken care of. The compassion, thoroughness and true care that is being administered is something that I cannot begin to verbalize. Absolutely blessed to have her in my corner.
